silent green Kulturquartier , located in Wedding, is the main venue of the 2026 festival.

Festival activities will take place across the different rooms and spaces of silent green, with both High Tide, larger-audience events and concerts, as well as Low Tide programming, such as durational sonic events, workshops, and ritualistic interventions.

The series of installations and temporary relational architectures are conceived as conversational platforms, creating environments that spark dialogue, engagement, and shared experience.

Spaces for technological altars, offerings, and re·wirings. They gather devices, materials, gestures, and protocols that treat technology not as a neutral tool or finished system, but as something relational, situated, and open to care. Here, circuits, code, and objects are arranged as altars – inviting attention, repair, envisioning, and re-orientation. The interface spills into the room: desktops offer video·worlds and browser-based navigation, screenshots circulate as wallpapers, LED signs carry short poetic signals, and attention remains distributed across multiple screens and conversations. Rather than concentrating focus, Mango Net or A Cyber·Space Belonging to Kenya supports lateral engagement, partial presence, and repeated return.
