transmediale 2026 reimagined the festival as a living recursive carrier net – a hammock of relational technologies in practice that stretch across latitudes, rhythms, and root systems – converging in Berlin from 28 January to 1 February 2026 at silent green Kulturquartier and CANK.

Applications for accreditation to transmediale and CTM Festival 2026 can be submitted only via the online form. Press accreditation is available to journalists working in all media (print, online, TV, radio, web TV, photography), ideally with an assignment to cover the festival(s). Accreditation grants access to most events, with exceptions to be announced.
transmediale and CTM reserves the right to approve or deny press accreditation based on an assessment of the submitted documents. The press accreditation fee ranges from 30–40€. The final application deadline is 9 January.
