Elodie Mugrefya (Constant) and Femke Snelting (Constant/TITiPI) are transmediale residents in the framework of an online residency programme funded by Wallonie-Bruxelles International.
During the residency, they initiated a network of networks, bringing together artists, theorists, designers, researchers and activists whose diverse practices operate within cultural organisations based across Europe, including Constant, Varia, TITiPI and the Digital Discomfort Working group (DDWG). Together, they explored modes of resisting the financialised, extractive modes of Big Tech, whose infrastructures are deeply implicated in military and carceral operations, reinforce historical racist structures, and support new forms of colonisation through digitised oppression.
