Martin Dörr

Martin Dörr (1990, Pirmasens) is an artist and system/game designer based in Berlin. His practice explores collective structures, systemic behaviours, and structural couplings, often through real-time simulations, performative systems, and collaborations with non-human and coded agents. He holds a Diploma in Fine Arts from the University of Art and Design Offenbach, an M.A. in System/Game Design from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and studied at CAFA Beijing (2018/19) on a DAAD scholarship. Since 2015 he has been a member of the interdisciplinary collective BlockadiaTiefsee.
His projects have been supported by Stiftung Kunstfonds, the Hessian Cultural Foundation, and others. His recent long-term project ""Body without Narrator"", a participatory artificial life form generated and steered by the live sleep of people across the globe, was exhibited at saasfeepavillon Frankfurt (2025) and presented at Node+Code 19, Chaos Computer Club Frankfurt (""Embedded Bodies and Parasitic Infrastructures"").
