Join us for the public opening of transmediale 2024 at silent green Kulturquartier. The festival opens with an evening of music, performance, and film screenings and features a lineup of performers and DJs.

One of the highlights of the opening night’s programme is the international premiere of MUTUALISMX: Becoming Sonic Networks, where hexorcismos is joined by collaborators Kloxii Li and Ale Hop , presenting their "sonic becoming" in the form of a planetary-spanning collaborative generative AI music and visual album.

From the Garden of Eden to Greek mythology, the law of universal gravitation, and the epochal Apple smartphone - in the next higlight of the night, the artist MengXuan Sun explores the potency of「apple」power in the performance IncrEn: weak apple eschatology.

In the Cinema Room The Future Ahead Will Be Weird AF (The Ultimate AI CoreCore Experience), Part One & Part Two by Silvia Dal Dosso (Clusterduck Collective) will be looped. The video tracks the absurdity of our future by coopting the distribution mechanisms that emotionally and exploitatively bind us to it.
