Be the last to leave and first to arrive: in other words, don't miss the 2015 transmediale opening ceremony! In the span of just 90 minutes, you have the special privilege of an event-full introduction to this year's festival programme. Learn more about what exactly the theme of this year's transmediale has to do with the transformation of work, life and play and how it unfolds in the different programme sections. The special guest of the ceremony is none other than Peter Sunde, the technology activist who will outline his views on how to regain autonomy over information and data in the times of CAPTURE ALL and how to play the game better than the system. In addition, no less than six artists who are participants in this years festival will intervene throughout the ceremony giving you performative snapshots of the key projects, attitudes and concepts of the programme.

Der Technologie-Aktivist stellt seine Ansichten, wie man die Autonomie über Informationen und Daten in Zeiten von Allerfassung widergewinnt und dieses Spiel besser spielt als das System, dar.

Zusätzlich werden sechs Aktivisten, die auch dieses Jahr am Festival teilnehmen, durchweg in der Zeremonie intervenieren, indem sie performative Momentaufnahmen der Projekte, Standpunkte und Konzepte des Programms zeigen.
