Originally founded as a newspaper, ‘Navinki’ had to stop publication in 2003 because of charges for insulting the President of Belarus. Today the group is working in the fields of independent video creation and visual media art. In May 2006 the collective produced the short movie ‘Goodbye, Batska!', ridiculing the role of official Belarusian media propaganda during the last presidential elections,

Ursprünglich als Zeitung gegründet, musste ‘Navinki' 2003 aufgrund von Beleidigungsvorwürfen gegen den Belarussischen Präsidenten die Publikation einstellen. Heute arbeitet die Gruppe im Bereich zwischen independent Video und visueller Medienkunst. Im Mai 2006 produzierte ‘Navinki' die Videosatire ‘Goodbye, Batska!’, welche die offizielle belarussische Propaganda während der letzten Präsidentenwahl verspottete.
