Magdalena Ritter (she/her) has been with transmediale since 2017. She led finance and administration processes for several years and contributed to the structural development of transmediale e.V. Since 2024, she has been applying her experience to her new role as senior advisor and supports the institution in questions of administration and organisational structures.

She has previously worked in various cultural institutions and festivals in the field of financial management and production, including Berliner Festspiele, IRCAM - Centre Pompidou and Austrian Cultural Forum Mexico. Since 2024 she has taken over the management of the Vienna Secession.
