The Trinity Session is an independent contemporary arts production team practising in public art projects, curating, research and critical writing. Based in Johannesburg/South Africa and in continuous dialogue with different cultural groups in the region, Trinity Session projects deal with urban development, the body politic, media technology and electronic art. The Trinity Session and invited guest Simon Crouch a.k.a. DJ +27, will present a “mobile office” to examine how adaptabile alternative locations can be as working environments. During the course of the festival the Mobile Office will introduce a series of art-to-business networking tools, beta versions of which will be tested in collaboration with visitors to the festival and the other Cross-Border laboratories.
