The festival catalog includes information of all film- and video works shown in the course of the VideoFest '91. The program of VideoFest '91 included more works irritating in form and content, more documentaries trying to find an innovative formal language for exciting topics, and more videos using artistic means to reflect upon social or political topics in an unusual way. With the help of the included program plan it is easy to reconstruct the whole festival structure.
