In this New York-based videotape Astrid Heibach deals with the relationship between individual and mass media. A ballet dancer, reminding the viewer of Miss Piggy, spins around in front of the spectacular background of New York to the waltz music of Strauss. Her body becomes increasingly transparent until it completely disappears, a result of the constant use of electronically reproduced images.
