Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The pre-sale printout itself does not give access to the festival events, but must be exchanged for a pass and wristband at one of the CTM or transmediale Info counters.

Passes may be picked up by the authorized ticket-holder only and are non-transferable. Please bring a valid document of identification at the time of pick-up (ID card, passport, drivers license). Access to festival venues can only be granted with valid festival pass and wristband or ticket. Lost passes or tickets will not be refunded.

CTM and transmediale pass and ticket holders understand that they may potentially have their photo taken during their festival visit, and authorize transmediale and CTM to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for purposes of publicising the festivals.

Prices include 7% VAT.
