The festival catalog includes information of all film- and video works shown in the course of the VideoFest '93. For its new edition the VideoFest ’93 presented the new program ACCENTS that explored the video cultures of France and Latin America. Video full up: different from film, different from television - sometimes irritating, but never boring. With the help of the included program plan it is easy to reconstruct the whole festival structure.
