Patricia Reed is an artist, writer, and designer based in Berlin. Exhibitions have included those at The Museum of Capitalism (forthcoming); CUAG; South Kiosk; Home Works 7; Witte de With; Haus der Kulturen der Welt; Württembergische Kunstverein; Audain Gallery, and 0047, amongst others. As a writer she has contributed to books and periodicals including: Re-inventing Horizons; Dea Ex Machina; Crossbenching; #ACCELERATE - The Accelerationist Reader; The Psychopathologies of Cognitive Capitalism Vol. II; Intangible Economies; and Cognitive Architecture. Selected lectures have included those at The New School; Goldsmith’s; Ashkal Alwan; Les Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers; The Institute for Contemporary Art; Maerz Musik; The Institute of Modern Art; Tate Britain (Speculative Tate); Artists Space; and The Winter School Middle East. Reed is a board member of the New Centre for Research & Practice, as is a member of the Laboria Cuboniks and Office for Applied Complexity working groups.
